Looking outside my kitchen window lately, I have been watching all the lemons grow. This has inspired me to do a citrus still life with my classes and I remembered the painting my sweet friend Alissa did with her son years ago. She sent it up to me a long time ago, in hopes I would do it with my classes someday. Well, this week has been the perfect
someday. Thank you Alissa, my beautiful friend who always inspires me and who I wish I saw more often. And thank you little artists, for working so hard on these paintings this week. They are just lovely.
