BIRDS, CHICKIES, RABBITS, FLOWERS IN GRASS AND MORE. ARTISTS GET TO CHOOSE 3 DIFFERENT OR SAME SUBJECT(S) AND PAINT THEM, ADD WIRE WHISKERS, FABRIC, FEATHERS ETC. ALL OF THEM HAVE THE OPTION OF ADDING TALL WOOD GRASSES TO THE BASE OF EACH OF THEM OR ADDING HOOKS TO HANG THEM.

ARTISTS WILL BE PAINTING THE SUBJECTS OF SPRING ANIMALS WITH ACRYLIC PAINT ON A 16X20 CANVAS. WE WILL TEXTURE THEM, ADD FABRIC AND GEMS, CLAY CARROTS AND MORE.

WORKING WITH OIL PASTELS AND WATERCOLOR, ARTISTS WILL DRAW AND PAINT DIFFERENT ANIMALS FROM AFRICA. EACH ARTIST WILL COME AWAY WITH 2 FINISHED PAINTINGS.

5.10: MOTHER’S DAY FLOWERS 10-1PM
WORKING WITH LIVE FLOWERS, ARTISTS WILL ARRANGE THEIR OWN FRESH FLOWERS BOUQUET AND THEN WE WILL PAINT WHAT WE MAKE ON A 9X12 CANVAS. EACH ARTIST WILL COME AWAY WITH A FRESH BOUQUET OF FLOWERS IN A VASE AND A PAINTING THAT WILL LAST FOREVER.

ARTISTS WILL EACH GET 3 9X12 CANVASES AND PAINT AN OCEAN SUBJECT ON EACH CANVAS. SHARKS, WHALES, FISHES, MERMAIDS AND MORE. WE WILL THEN ADD REAL SHELLS, GEMS ETC FOR FINISHING TOUCHES.

*HANDMADE REDWOOD FRAMES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANY PIECE OF ART MADE AT THE STUDIO. PRICES START AT $25 DEPENDING ON SIZE. JUST LET CAYCE KNOW.
*private lessons are available as time permits all summer long for $50. Per hour.
If there is a workshop that you would like to take, but cannot make it due to scheduling difficulties, please contact Cayce to see about other options.
*It is recommended and appreciated that artists bring in their own healthy snacks for all workshops they are attending.
Blue apple studios policy:
All workshops require a $50.00 deposit per workshop in order to get a space reserved. The remaining balance is due in full the first day of the workshop. All deposits are nonrefundable. If a student notifies BAS of their inability to attend 2 weeks prior to the workshop, the deposit may be transferable to another workshop. Cancellations made within the 2-week period result in a loss of deposit. There are no cash refunds. There are no make-ups for workshops. If there are less than 5 students signed up for a workshop, BAS reserves the right to cancel that workshop, in this case, your deposits may be transferable to other workshops. Please refer to the BAS policy located at the studio for more detailed information or feel free to call us. If you don’t hear from us soon after you have sent in your paperwork, it means you have gotten into the workshops you signed up for.
